How long does it take to get started?+

What happens after my 14-day trial?+
You choose a plan and continue seamlessly, all your data, events, and staff records carry over. If you decide not to continue, your account simply pauses. No hidden charges, no surprise billing. You're always in control.
Can I import my existing staff and event data?+

What is AI Command and is it included?+

Can multiple managers use the same account?+
Yes. Club Certain has full role-based access control, Admin, Manager, and Viewer roles. Admins can create accounts for their team, each with their own login and appropriate permissions. Managers can add events and staff; Viewers get read-only access. Everyone sees the same live data.
What kind of support do you offer?+
Every plan includes email support. Professional and Enterprise plans get priority response times. Enterprise clients receive a dedicated account manager. We also maintain a usage guide accessible from within the app. We're operators ourselves, we understand that problems don't wait until Monday morning.
